With our technologies the minimal volume of alcohol and catalyst is used (in accordance to esterification reaction - one mass fraction of alcohol to nine mass fractions of oil). We do not wash and dehydrate the biodiesel produced and the reaction is carried out in just one cycle (in “classic” technologies to derive quality biodiesel two cycles are required). The quality parameters of biodiesel produced in our reactor from crude non-processed vegetable oil conform to the world biodiesel standards
Unlike the old "tank" technology the Automatic Biostrim does not require premixing the equipment would be programmed by our engineer to automatically take what is required to produce your capacity. This method minimises wastage of raw material and saves money.
The modules BIOSTRIM can be used to produce "winter" biodiesel without re-adjusting the equipment.

What is biodiesel?
Biodiesel is an alternative fuel produced from vegetable oils such as rape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, soybean oil and also used frying oils (UCO) or animal fats.
The production of biodiesel involves intensively mixing methanol with the oil or fat in the presence of a suitable catalyst, and then allowing the lighter “methyl ester” phase to separate by gravity from the heavier “glycerol” phase.
However, as with most organic reactions the degree of conversion depends on the equilibrium reached as well as the influence of other reactions. Achieving product quality is very important
In the transport sector, it may be effectively used both when blended with fossil diesel fuel and in pure form. Tests undertaken by motor manufacturers in the European Union on blends with diesel oil up to 5-10%, or at 25-30% and 100% pure have resulted in guarantees for each type of use.
Minor modifications (seals, piping) may be required for use at 100% pure, unless specifically guaranteed by car manufacturers. Having said that, we run all of our vehicles on 100% biodiesel with NO modifications whatsoever, because we know the fuel we make is incredibly high quality biofuel.
The use of biodiesel as a transport fuel does not require any changes in the distribution system, therefore avoiding expensive infrastructure changes. It is also used as an efficient heating oil. For more biodiesel facts, see our biodiesel FAQ's.
Biodiesel has good lubricating properties; it eliminates petroleum products depositing in car engine added to diesel fuel biodiesel increases its cetane number.
Biodiesel is environmental-friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable fuel, soil or water micro organisms will decompose 99% biodiesel in 28 days. Biodiesel reduces toxic air pollutants (sulphur, lead, carbon monoxide), the exhaust has the smell of vegetable oil. High flash point (120-130°C) makes the new fuel safer than other petrochemical products.

As catalyst it is recommended to use potassium or sodium (methylate).
Biofuel Quality
BioFluidTech specialise in making biodiesel production machines that make the highest quality biofuel in the world. Our machines routinely make biofuel with an ester conversion rate usually in excess of 98.75% with a single reaction. We offer any producer to bring there feedstock to our workshop so that we can show you how quickly we can produce biodiesel with it.
The treatment of 1 ton of oil using magnetic-impulse high-frequency cavitation method requires about 15 kW electric power, it is 5-7 times less then by “classic” technologies.

Our bio diesel machines are known for the quality of the fuel they produce. Other companies sell equipments at high prices, and promise things that just don't make sense, with products that appear one day and then mysteriously disappear the next.
We prefer to tell it the way it is, and build biofuel processors and biodiesel plants that are of the highest quality.
Unlike other manufacturers we only have biodiesel products on our site that exist. All biodiesel products here can be purchased and delivered. Many of our competitors show biodiesel products that do not exist. We do not.

What is EN12142 or ASTM Standard D6751
To make sure all biodiesel is the same, so that legislation is easy and manufacturers of cars as well as customers know what to expect there exists some standards for Biodiesel. The most well known is the European standard EN14124 and the American ASTM D671 standard. These standards mean that the biodiesel you make will not harm your engine.
